They provided everything we need before the start of the process and outlines their service fees. Refund processing time is usually 4-10 months but I was able to finish everything in 5 months time. During the waiting time, he calls to check in to see if he could be further assistance which I think is great. Once the refund check is received, he will reach out to confirm receipt and then accounting will send you an invoice to pay them for their service. I highly recommend their services.
